Details:

Laying of 1145m of MDPE (PE 80) sewer rising main, laying of 990m of concrete gravity sewer 225mm, 300mm, 375mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm at depths up to 5.5m in extremely strong rock. 

Laying of 1,620 of HPPE watermain (PE 100) 180mm diameter, ESB, Eircom and telemetry ducting. 

Construction of large precast MHs and two RC submersible pumping stations with overground kiosks. 

Permanent road reinstatement.

Break out of very strong rock by specialist rock breaking methods involving 'drilling and splitting'.

Created sea outfall through Colliemore Harbour sea wall at Loreto Abbey. 

Construction of 237m of concrete access road. Traffic Management for road closures and diversions. 

All works carried out in highly densely populated area.
